The Battle of Polytopia App Reviews

Okay, so if youre anything like me, I played and still play Civ Revolution on 360 since it came out, great turn based strategy with a lot of options. This is so similar! Just shrunk down and much more simple. The only reason I dont give it five stars is because i would love to see a versus mode, like connect to wifi or whatever and play against friends. Other than that, such a fun game, really one of the best games in the App Store especially if you like turn based strategies.

One of the only games that I have written a review for, I play this game at least once a day and I absolutely love it. I really liked the last big update with trade and things, but one feature I think should be added is multiplayer, even pass the phone turn based kind would be great.

As soon as I switched back to IOS, I HAD to get this game.Its the only real RTS Ive managed to find and its challenging for newbies and strategy pros.

I love this game, easily my favorite game so far this year. I also love how easily it could be improved: -custom maps -Infinite worlds -multiplayer (Bluetooth or lan) It could be even better after some tweaking

Replayable, balanced, and challenging. Beautiful artwork and easy to grasp. I wish there was more differentiation among the tribes, and that it was easier to see which units have not moved.

Amazing but it really needs a random option and also some more land customizations AND a multiplayer system especially a "hand the device to the other player" I dont usually write reviews GREAT game And out

While I am a great fan of this game and have been playing for quite some time, the latest version is basically a brand-new game. Difficulty levels have been made significantly harder (easy now plays like normal, normal plays like hard, and dont attempt hard or crazy for any reason - you WILL lose within 10 turns). Units also seem to have been re-balanced and many seem to be significantly weaker than before. AI is also significantly more aggressive. New players will not have trouble, but older players like myself will find the changes extremely frustrating.
